Had a fantastic lunch on the patio here. Bloody Mary had a great mix and perfectly candied bacon for garnish. All the dishes we tried were tasty, had a unique mix of flavors, and were done well! Service was friendly and quick, to boot.

Stopped here for a light lunch. Great place with a trendy vibe. We started with some spicy shrimp. We also had the Mac and cheese and the bibimbap. Service was great and the wait time was maybe 10 minutes.

DA OUTSKIRTS!!!!! Dats the new happening spots. Better errthing out there. All the m.e.a.t. (money energy, attention, time) dese metro cities get in time transfers to these outer cities and towns. In time, these towns keep their character and mystique along with the financial gains and give us the perfect marriage of small town and metro. And that's Cary NC n a nutshell. DA OUTSKIRTS!!! Usually the first place I look on yelp when I recon a new city I bouta visit. I come outta to the Lenovo center for an event. Wanted to grab grub otw out. Yelp say go holla @ my frenzy @ scratch, so we outjo. Scratch is placed off n da cut of picturesque downtown Cary. Where everyone knows each other. We had a 20 min wait on a table so we moazy on down the street to the local bakery to get some goodies. Older couple car broke down in the middle of the street. We helped with pushing about two blocks down the street. Got a good workout in before the meal and blended right in as the local folks. Lol. Got back in time for the green light of our tables. Our table was in the back so scanning people's tables and looking @ the food had Ray Charles assuring me in my ear. YOU GOT THE RIGHT BAABY!!!!! Ummm him!! DA OUTSKIRTS!!!! Da pictured on yelp looked amazing and does reality. Lol. The menu is crazy. We started off with smoked pimento cheese wontons, and chicken in buns app. EXCELLENT!!!! Wontons are perfect. Rich homemade type buns with the chicken. Wontons comes laid on plate laced with half sauce, half oil. We ordered, philly sammuch, potato salad, the blue noodles and brisket (blue cheese sauce) shrimp tacos, truffle fries. Dabomb.com!!!! Everything they mad is perfectly crafted your gonna hear your taste buds will be reacting just reading the menu. DEY EVEN GOT A MENU ITEM RECOGNIZING US....DA LOW COUNTRY!!! HahaaaHH!!! CHARLESTON....WE OUTJA!!!! WE FAMOUS!!!! DA OUTSKIRTS!!! Leaving out with stomachs filled to capacity we did a final walk thru town. Stumbled on a park full of people and pets. This was so amazing to see. One part of the park was just for pets with every dog looking like award winning high maintenance bff's. With the lil gymnast equipment you see them prancing on in dog shows. One big section for adults just hanging and catching up on local gossip. So crowded. Underneath the roofing were a few fires going and it looks like they even had a bar. WOW!!!!! And there was a section where kids were having their play dates. Passing by the local car mechanic on the main street, just a lil 2 car lift set up. Everything about this pace reminds me of Mayberry. Lol. I LOVE IT!!! Raleigh Durham is cool but I think from now on when I come out this way I'm going to be coming out here. DA OUTSKIRTS!!!!

This place is delicious! Came here for dinner while here for a work course. Not too busy at 6 pm on a Friday so we were able to get sat right away. Food was great. Dessert was to die for. Our server was good and attentive. Small parking lot and people parking on the street got tickets in certain areas so be careful about that. Would definitely come back again!

We had a good time at Scratch. I ordered the bibimbap bowl. It was $18, a seared rice bowl with steak, spinach, carrots, pickled red onions, cucumbers, and an over easy egg served with spicy bib sauce. The bowl itself was pretty good, and a beautiful presentation. The server was very busy as we had a party of 7, a lot of things (drinks, sauces, tableware, etc.) were forgotten. However, we understood it was busy and things happen. Overall, it was a good time and we enjoyed sitting outside on a nice day.
